I work with people in a variety of ways.  As I said in my About Me page, I use all the tools at my disposal to help people find their place in this world.

Most of the time, I highly recommend yoga to everyone.  I may be biased, but, I’ll be honest, I’ve yet to prove that recommendation wrong.  Yoga really is the miracle cure-all that everyone has been looking for, and its been right there, in front of our faces this whole time.  You want to loose weight, do yoga.  You want to build muscle, do yoga.  You want to be more flexible, yoga will help with that.  You want to lower blood pressure or get to sleep more easily, yoga.  I can’t overstate it enough.

I offer classes and private instruction locally at several different studios.  Contact me to find out details.  If you want to work with me long-distance, I also teach online using a private video service.

For gym and studio owners who want to have me travel to their location, I offer traveling yoga teacher options as well.  If you’re looking for traveling yoga teachers, contact me through this website.

When most people hear the word “Hypnosis,” their minds immediately turn to thoughts of being embarrassed.  He’s going to make me cluck like a chicken, fall in love with him, forget the number 4, or some other such nonsense.  In truth, the percentage of the population that can be made to do those things on a moment’s notice is very small.  Roughly 20%.  The rest of the population requires a trusting on-going relationship with the hypnotist before we will go into hypnosis.

That’s why the stage hypnotist chooses certain people and bypasses others.  The people he or she chooses stand the best chance of falling within that 20% of the population.  (There are tests that can be done to give you a good idea.  Those tests are the preliminary activities the stage hypnotist asks the audience to engage in.)

The benefit of hypnosis, and the reason why I believe most people need it, is that it gives you back control of your own mind.  Every day, we are constantly bombarded by the agendas of other people.  TV advertisers want us to buy their products.  Our family and friends want us to act a certain way.  Our boss wants us to be more productive.  They all use the power of suggestion to influence us without our even knowing it.

Over time, these suggestions build up in our subconscious, like cookies in our browser histories, and they begin to conflict with each other, causing chaos.  Unless you are already proficient at energy cleansings and other methods of gaining control of your own mind, the build up is bound to be quite intense.

By engaging in regular (or at least cyclical) hypnosis sessions, either with a professional or self-induced, you are better positioned to gain control of your mind, and, ultimately, your life.

  • I offer hypnosis for a variety of goals, including weight management (weight reduction or muscle building), smoking cessation, confidence boosting, and more.
  • Generally, I find that most people achieve success in their chosen goal with 4 x 1 hour sessions, which is why I offer a package of 4 hours for $480.
  • A package of 4 sessions is recommended for most issues, and sometimes additional sessions may be necessary.  When additional sessions are necessary, I offer a 20% discount on those sessions as long as the client relationship remains continuous.  Clients learn self-hypnosis and practice it between sessions. The package also includes recordings and other materials to use at home. If you wish to work on an issue for which you have a formal diagnosis, please provide a referral from your doctor.

Energy Healing

Energy healing is a holistic and complimentary practice of treating disease that activates the client’s subtle bodies and energetic matrixes to produce tangible results.  All in all, energy healing improves the overall quality of life for the client.  As far as physical benefits go, the New York Daily News wrote an article back in 2014 that said, “One 2013 study found that 10 minutes of energy healing was as effective as physical therapy in improving the range of motion in people with mobility problems. UCLA even has en electromyography (EMG) lab that studies electrical activity in the body.”

My mentoring is a unique blend of life coaching and philosophical consulting.

Today, nearly everyone knows about life coaches.  They are professionals who help clients achieve their personal goals.  The same, however, cannot be said for the fame of the philosophical consulting profession.

Philosophical consulting is a relatively new movement in the realm of philosophy which applies the elements of philosophical thinking and utilizes theories put forth by expert philosophers to help clients resolve persistent problems within their lives.

I approach my mentoring relationships through a Pagan lens.  At first this might put you off, if you do not identify with the modern Pagan Community.  However, consider this: Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle (three of the biggest names in Western thought) were all Pagan.  Paganism has been aiding people to make better decisions for over 2000 years.

Unlike the ivory tower, I am not elitist in my approach to wisdom.  While it is probably likely that you will hear me quote Plato or John Dewey, it is also equally possible that you will also hear me talk about Charles Webster Leadbeater or Helena Petrovna Blavatsky when the situation calls for it.

I believe that what most people qualify as occult theories today are on par with anything being put forward by the ancient world.  For example, Theosophy’s in-depth study of universal truth puts most mainstream modern philosophy to shame.

Whether you have a specific goal or are seeking general guidance, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports you.  Like a life coach, I hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and created especially for you.  I do not solve your problems, but guide you into solving them on your own.  I listen with understanding and 100% confidentiality.  My relationships with my clients are intimate, honest, and rewarding for both parties.

Unlike a life coach, I do have expertise outside of the coaching model and I will chime in with advice when it is useful to your progress.  As a philosophical consultant, I use my academic and clergy training to present you with alternative strategies and ideas that might help you achieve success sooner or more easily.  If you are Pagan (or spiritual, but not religious), ask me how I can include your spiritual perspectives in our sessions.

I have been mentoring people since 2005.  I am certified in a variety of coaching modalities (including life coaching, relationship coaching, executive coaching, and strategic organizational leadership).  I am federally-recognized as clergy within the Wiccan Religion.  I am academically trained in general philosophy and applied ethics in the realms of legal, heath care, and business ethics.

Sessions are generally conducted by phone, video chat, or in person (if you live in the Harrisburg area of Pennsylvania).  A minimum 6 month commitment (composed of 24 weekly sessions) is required up front because that gives you time to truly create change in your life.

  • The 6 month package is competitively priced at $1800, which can be broken down into 4 payments of $450.  (That comes out $75 per session, nearly a 40% discount.)  The first payment is due before the mentor relationship begins.  Subsequent payments must be in before the 6th, 12th, and 18th sessions.
  • I also offer individual coaching hours for people who need to go beyond the initial 6 month commitment.  Those are priced at $120 per hour.
  • I only retain 10 clients in any given month so that I may dedicate all my time and attention to helping those 10 individuals achieve their goals.  (I also maintain a waiting list for future clients.)
